MOU signing between SILK Ventures and China (Nanjing) Software Valley

SILK Ventures and China (Nanjing) Software Valley (CSV) have today signed a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the agreement between the two parties to establish an investment fund focused on the ICT industry in which CSV will not only invest as a Limited Partner but also cooperate with the local government to provide preferential policies for companies that will be invested by the Fund and seek to establish operations in China.

Furthermore, the agreement includes the establishment of a dedicated team to advise CSV’s technology enterprises that are seeking to expand internationally by way of direct investment and/or foreign acquisitions, as well as SILK Ventures’ ICT companies that are seeking to scale operations in China.

China (Nanjing) Software Valley operates the largest ICT industrial technology park in China with an area of 73 square kilometres, hosting more than 2,300 leading enterprises in big data, cloud computing, cybersecurity, e-commerce, techfin and more. It ranks amongst China’s top 3 industrial technology hubs.
