Today the Chancellor of the Exchequer Phillip Hammond and Chinese Vice Premier Ma Kai concluded the eighth UK-China Economic and Financial Dialogue in London. The UK and China reiterated their commitment to building a global comprehensive strategic partnership for the 21st century.
